About Us

We are a family owned and operated oyster company hand-raising oysters on the North Carolina coast. We were drawn to oyster farming by its sustainability and environmental benefits. Each of our oysters can filter up to 50 gallons of water a day, and the idea of leaving the water cleaner than we found it really resonates with us. Since 2016 we have been building our farms and are now growing in Onslow, Pender, and New Hanvoer County.
